The Thanksgiving “Two Step Happy Meal”

When Mike Ellington President and CEO of Pinkies liquors first called me about helping him transform his liquor stores into Grocerants, I knew this niche was beginning to boom.  What I did not know at the time was just how much success and how far Ellington would take the concept.

Step 1, customers purchase freshly prepared, high quality, foods from the Market @Pinkies. Step 2, customers pair the food with the Perfect Pinkies Beverage.  Thus the Pinkies Two Step.  All holiday meals are prepped, prepared in house and presented for Take-Out.   The Options include:

1. MEATS - fully cooked turkeys, oven-ready turkeys, Boar's Head® boneless hams, oven-ready Prime Rib.

2.  SIDES - cornbread stuffing, green bean casserole, spinach soufflé, corn pudding, sweet potato casserole, mashed sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, broccoli rice casserole, cranberry sauce, giblet gravy.

3.  DESSERTS - whole pumpkin pie, whole pecan pie, whole buttermilk pie
