Korean C-store Grocerant Boxed Meal Sales Booming

Price competitive convenience store boxed meals are less expensive that a meal from a restaruant or fast food outlet.  Local news reports that the boxed meals are “are cheap, tasty, and easy to eat” …
Priced at around three to four dollars, these lunch boxes are cheaper than eating out in restaurants, and are hearty, with many options to choose from like chicken breast or deep-fried pork cutlet.
Many buy a lunch box to go, but some take a seat for a quick bite.”
