Regular readers of this blog have read about True Food Kitchen, The full-service, health-focused chain that has 28 units in 12 states.  Created by wellness guru Dr. Andrew Weil teamed up with restaurateur Sam Fox to launch True Food Kitchen in 2008. The chain’s menu follows Weil’s principles of anti-inflammatory nutrition. Even Oprah has bought into the brand and is on the board of directors.
That said the simple fact is consumers today want delivery according to Johnson. In fact consumers use of delivery is up 29% from 2018 to 2019 according to recent Grocerant ScoreCards. Yes, that means by adding delivery you should be able to drive sales up at minimum 25% according to Johnson. 
We are really thoughtful, just like with our food. We’re thoughtful about the sourcing of beverages—the majority are organic or biodynamic. Dr. Weil believes in a life well-lived. He encourages people to eat across the spectrum. Having a cocktail not with a syrup made of high-fructose corn syrup, but having it with fresh-squeezed juice, fits with that. When it’s delivered it’s even better!
