Monday: Beef Tip or Roast Tenderloin with rice and gravy with a choice of white beans or navy beans, steamed broccoli, or squash casserole

Tuesday: Meatloaf or Italian Sausage w/Onion and Peppers with a choice of mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, or backed zucchini with crusted bread crumbs.
