Market, Café, or Grocerant Phoenix’s French Grocery is so much more.

All across the United States consumers are discovering new non-traditional fresh prepared food retail outlets that surprise, delight and become a local gathering place for likeminded shoppers.
When Kevin Lentz who grew up in New Orleans opened French Grocery in the spring of 2013  specializing in French, Cajun and Creole foods in Phoenix he wanted to focus on the flavors, friendliness, and food of New Orleans.
Lentz and his wife placed French flags on the front doors, peonies were arranged on tables and a veritable rainbow of pastries shined in the bakery case.
Today, consumers continue to discover a taste of New Orleans at the café or buy the flavor and take it home from the market.  “The space is part restaurant, part market. Order sandwiches and tea at the counter, then find a table. Or get marinated artichokes and Camembert cheese to-go from the deli case. If you're in a hurry, run in for a bottle of French wine and box of crackers from the market.” So Ready-2-Eat or Heat-N-Eat the Fresh Grocery is centered in the Grocerant Niche.
With fresh baked bread, baguettes, pastries are baked in-house, and of course cooked to order beignets French Grocery has what it takes to mix and match meal offerings that focus on flavor, friendliness and food of New Orleans.
