Conchran continued “Off-premise sales,
especially during the recent Thanksgiving and Christmas “heat-and-serve”
season, have exceeded the company’s expectations”. Thus for Easter, Cracker
Barrel will again offer the heat-and-serve menu, which includes spiral-sliced
ham, a choice of four sides and blackberry cobbler to serve 10 people.
