McDonald’s Focus is on its Core Values

The restaurant industry is simpler than most companies want you to believe.  The simple fact is fresh food fast means just that according to the team at Tacoma, WA based Foodservice Solutions®.  Industry leader McDonald’s understands the undercurrent driving takeout sales and drive-thru sales better than most according to Foodservice Solutions® Grocerant Guru®, Steven Johnson they call it fast food remember.
The chain restaurant Price, Value, Service Equilibrium has remained constant since 2012 driving incremental grocerant niche Ready-2-Eat and Heat-N-Eat food sales.  There are times many chain restaurants forget the attributes of service.  The customers do not forget about service.  If success leaves clues and it does this refocus on drive-thru times at night will drive incremental sales at McDonald's according to Johnson.
Starting April 30, at participating McDonald’s restaurants nationwide, the chain will be simplifying what’s served after midnight so customers can get the most popular favorites as fast as possible. Available items will include:
·         Big Mac
·         100 percent fresh beef Quarter Pounder burgers
·         Chicken McNuggets
·         All Day Breakfast
·         World Famous Fries and all other sides
·         Sweets & Treats
·         Happy Meal
·         McCafé and beverages
Focusing on the consumer is what McDonald's does better than most other chain restaurants according to Johnson. 63% of all restaurant traffic is now ‘off-premise’ the customer is dynamic not static and chain restaurants must remain focused on the consumer or risk capitulating year over year customer counts.
